Which controller is this service for?

This service is for the Xbox Elite Series 2. It does not apply to the Xbox Elite Series 1 or standard Xbox One and Series X/S controllers, which have separate services. Other issues, such as button malfunctions, charging problems, or worn stick caps, are assessed separately.

If the issue requires a different repair

If the issue requires a different repair, you will receive a price quote before any further work is carried out. Diagnostics are free if no viable solution is found. If a viable solution is found but you choose not to proceed, diagnostics will cost SEK 299. This fee will be deducted if you approve the repair.

3. Include a note with your order number, name, and mobile number.
4. We repair, test, and quality-check the controller.
5. The controller is returned via tracked shipping or can be picked up in Gothenburg.
