Nintendo Switch – Troubleshooting & other repairs

Does your Nintendo Switch not start, is it not charging, or are you unsure what the problem is? We troubleshoot the console and provide a price quote before repair. Choose Switch, Switch Lite, Switch OLED or Switch 2.

How the troubleshooting fee works

• If we cannot find a viable solution, the troubleshooting is free of charge.
• If we find a viable solution but you decline the repair, the troubleshooting fee is 299 SEK.
• If you approve the repair, the troubleshooting fee is deducted from the repair price.

299 SEK refers to troubleshooting according to the terms above, not a fixed repair price. Contact us and describe the model, symptoms, and any previous damage.

How it works

1. Select your console model and complete the order.
2. Send or drop off your console at the address below.
3. Include a note with the order number, name, and mobile number.
4. We troubleshoot and contact you with a price quote.
5. You approve before the repair begins.
6. The console is tested and sent back with tracked shipping or picked up in Gothenburg.
