Nintendo Switch 2 – USB-C Port Replacement

Replacement of a damaged USB-C port on the Nintendo Switch 2. Choose the top port, bottom port, or both.

• Top port – charging and compatible accessories
• Bottom port – charging and connecting to the dock
• Both ports – replacement of both USB-C ports on the same console

The service includes the replacement port, labor, and functional testing. We first check that the fault is with the port. If the fault is with the charging circuits, damaged solder points, or other parts of the motherboard, we will provide a separate price quote before any further work is carried out.

If the console does not charge but the port shows no obvious damage, we recommend troubleshooting to determine the cause.

If the fault requires a different repair

If we find a different fault, you will receive a price quote before any further work is carried out. Troubleshooting is free if no viable solution is found. If a viable solution is found but you choose not to proceed, troubleshooting will cost SEK 299. This fee will be deducted if you approve the repair.

3. Include a note with the order number, name, and mobile number.
4. We replace the port, test it, and perform quality assurance.
5. The console is returned via tracked shipping or picked up in Gothenburg.
